2011 Holiday Cards- Project #2!

Hello Everyone!!

Here is Day#2 of my Holiday cardmaking... its pretty late now, almost the end of the day, I'll do a short post.

I used Stampendous Jumbo Cling Pine Drift stamp and Crate Paper~Peppermint collection papers. I tried to make the card in triangle shape but it not standing well so I had to change the base  to make it stable.

The chipboard swirl is from Making Memories...the snowflake is a Spellbinder die-cut. 

The sentiment is also from Stampendous clear stamp set.

Its a SNOW day..YAY!!! Everybody is home...no school, I asked my hubby to work from home ;)
This should mean a lot of stamping time....but the things don't work like that, I hardly get to stamp with the house FULL :((

Curtain Call Act #63

Hello & Happy Sunday Everyone!!!

Here is the first CURTAIN CALL ACT#63 color combo for year 2011 !!!!



As this is my 1st project of this year...I thought using something new....

I used the new Penny Black stamp...my all time favorite cute PB~Hedgehog!!

I also used the flower image from UNITY Dec KOM and the sentiment from TSG~ Just for You stamp set.

 Dry embossed the background with cuttlebug Music Emb. Folder .... and added chocolate pearls and heart rhinestone from Pizzazz Aplenty!!

WoodwareUSA~ One Layer challenge!!

Hello Everyone!!!
I'm back with 2nd WOODWARE USA challenge...
This week's theme is ..
ONE LAYER CARD
Super easy and great way for making lots of Holiday cards or invites or thank you cards in a very less time...
Here is my easy peasy one-layer holiday card

I used WW~ Traditional Christmas Greetings stamp set for this card.

Its a very simple one...I masked the card with a die cut shape( PTI-Die)  and stamped the holly image all over the card , then sponged the edges of the die-cut shape with distress ink. Finally stamped the wreath image and the sentiment. I colored all the images with COPICS....

Oh! Did I mention that Die Cuts R Us is having a huge Copic sale...Caio-$2.60 and Sketch-$3.89!!!!!

Added some fab rhinestones from Pizzazz Aplenty.
I love Woodware sentiment sets ..they always comes with lovely small images which can be used in several ways to make great cards not just only the sentiment.

I used Traditional Christmas Greetings stamp set...love the cute snowman!!!

The embossing folder is from the new Tim Holtz collection...and the snowflake punch is from Marvy.

I dry embossed the core'dination's cardstock and sand it...then added just a little of DCVW holiday DPS and few blings..Ta Da!!!..a simple holiday card!!
