SCRS 3rd Anniversary Hop!!

Hello Everyone!!!
 Welcome to the Sparkle Creations Rubber Stamps 3rd  Anniversary Hop! 

Today we're here to help Sparkle celebrate 3 years of Sparkle Creations Rubber Stamps!!! 

SCRS is  officially releasing 4 new SCRS images this month -- Paris Lucy,  London Charlotte, New York Josh, and Seattle Chloe. 

They are ALL available in the store NOW!

We have assembled an all-star lineup consisting of our Current Design Team, DT Alumni and Guest Designers for this hop!! I'm so glad I'm one of them!

I♥♥♥ SCRS images...super fun to create with..
Chloe is my most favorite female SCRS image and I'm from East Coast.. New Jersey!!
With tons of masking and partially inking I made Chloe take a trip to NY ☻...
Here she is...

What do you think!! Its worth a trip???

I think I'll take her on trip to France and more later this month :)

First create a reverse mask by cutting out Chloe part , then put the mask on and stamp Chloe image..this way you will only get Chloe image( without the Seattle background).

Then create a mask and mask the Chloe image, then ink up the New York Josh image and with the help of cotton swab dipped in stamp cleaner solution CAREFULLY wipe out the Josh part  .

Then stamp it over the Chloe mask.

Then there is the NEW image.

I had  to draw a few lines using the fine black marker to make it seamless.

I love how it turned out!!!!

The DPs are from Crate Paper- The Pier collection.

I used a lil' bit of Timeless Twine to tie the charm.

I completed the sentiment with some Alpha Stickers.

I went with Monochromatic color theme for this card!

Added lots glitter and sparkle for the fun celebration.
Heat embossing the stars with  WOW! Silver embossing powder and WOW! Gold Embossing glitter, added some red stickles too.

Just thinking of my  EAST Coast  Friends...hoping the ANGRY storm Sandy will pass by soon!

I used Cowgirl Chloe

I always hear and sometimes I say too that Digis are great because we can resize it according to our project requirements!!!

Now its true for the rubber stamps also..

I got this idea from Paper Crafts Magazine-Holiday Cards & more issue...

I stamped the image thrice with with different color and photocopied it @ 55% size.

It was too large for a regular card so resizing it  made it perfect for card .

The DP is from Echo Park and the sentiment is from E.A.D. Designs.

Hello!!

Weather wise its a bit gloomy over here....so I thought making my day brighter with some stamped Sunshine!!!

 This week's Sparkle Creations Rubber Stamp Challenge is also based on Sunshine theme!!

Here is a  happy and bright card  .....

I used Swimming Lucy for my card today!!

I also used Hero Arts Sunbrust background and Technique Tuesday stamps to complete the sunny card!

I picked not to color the entire image...kept it pretty simple & FUN!
