I used PTI- Mehendi stamps... and as the dress is full of detailed lacework, I did a lil' version of mine with 1/16" hole punch and needle tool.

Its very pretty up close...but sorry I didn't get a good picture of it.

Added some lovely rhinestones and pearls from Pizzazz Aplenty.

I'm back with a batch of new holiday cards. I used all the scraps from Echo Park~ Season's Greetings paper collection! Beautiful papers!

Its a great way to use all the scraps and display the gorgeous papers!

I just adhered the stripes of different patterned paper and dry embossed it with Cuttlebug embossing folder. The ornament stamp is from Stampendous! I colored them with Copics.

The "Happy Holidays" sentiment is from There She Goes stamps.

I made a set of 8 cards...quick & easy ones!

2011 Holiday Cards- Project 15 & 16!!!

Hello Everyone!!!

Its been a while .... got so busy with all the household work. Now as the holidays are more closer I'm trying to make CAS batch of holiday cards !

Just got some lovely papers from Two Peas in a Bucket...

I used Authentique~ Wonder collection papers for the first batch of cards..

The border sheet paper was so pretty I just trimmed it to individual stripes , used some border punches and randomly adhered them to the card. The faux stitching stamps are from There She Goes - Institches stamp set....its a super easy way to add stitched effects!

I stamped the bckground with some Inkadinkado snowflake stamps. The sentiment is from Verve stamps!

The gorgeous snowflake die cut is from Spellbinders..love it!!

Also added lots of Diamond Stickles...its very sparkly and pretty upclose, photos are not so great :(

I'm slowly getting ready with all my Holiday cards..I've make some bulk CAS Flat cards too !

When it comes to Holiday cards its hard for me to make a flat card, always embellishments come in way...I've to work hard on it as International Maill service is not the best thing in is world...lol!!

2011 Holiday Cards-Project #9!

Hi!

I'm back with another holiday card!!!!

I paired up Mojo Monday #214 sketch with gorgeous My Mind's Eye~ Lost & Found Christmas papers for this card. I used it again!!!.Yep! its my fave VERVE snowflake stamp! The MME die cut tag had some nice red glitter swirls on it...so I stamped the snowflake on kraft cardstock and then applied Red Stickles carefully. I also did the same to Verve Classy Label die cut piece, applied red stickles to border.

The lacy doily diecut is from Papertrey Ink!

The sentiment diecut piece is also from the same MME collection kit.

Making Memories brad was a perfect match to all the red glitter effects! Just added two Lt.Coffee pearls from Pizzazz Aplenty to finish this lovely holiday card.

Just added some diamond stickles to beautiful snowflakes! Embossed the background cardstock with Sizzix embossing folder...and finally finished the total snowflake theme with Spellbinder's snowflake die cut.
Embellished the card with some tiny 2mm clear rhinestones from Pizzazz Aplenty!!

The sentiment is one my fave holiday sentiments from There She Goes Stamp.

I got my Holiday goodies package from Claudia & Company yesterday evening!! I ordered few of my favorite Christmas/winter paper collections...Echo Park, My Mind's Eye, Prima...etc.

Love the MME Lost & Found Christmas collection...just whipped up a quick card ...

The tag on the die cut sheet was so beautiful...I had to use it. Just added some teeny tiny 2mm flatback red rhinestone from Pizzazz Aplenty and stamped the " happy Holidays" sentiment from Papertrey Ink~ tiny Treats stamp set...TA DA! my focal piece of the card is ready!!

Its cute and simple one...I love how it turned out!

I used the cute lil' images from Papertrey Ink~ Tiny Treats stamp set. The beautiful holiday themed papers are from Crate Paper~ Peppermint collection. Can't have a holiday card without a bit of sparkle....the tiny 2mm clear rhinestones from Pizzazz Aplenty are perfect for this card.

I painted the images mostly with Stickles ...rest with copics.

Hello Everyone!!

Here is Day#2 of my Holiday cardmaking...its pretty late now, almost the end of the day, I'll do a short post.

I used Stampendous Jumbo Cling Pine Drift stamp and Crate Paper~Peppermint collection papers. I tried to make the card in triangle shape but it not standing well so I had to change the base to make it stable.

The chipboard swirl is from Making Memories...the snowflake is a Spellbinder die-cut.

The sentiment is also from Stampendous clear stamp set.

2011 Holiday Cards-Project #1.

Hello and Happy Saturday Everyone!!!

Hope you all had a fabulous week!! I've very busy lately ...lots of thing going on in the homefront...lol!!

As the holidays are coming soon, I'm planning to make all my holiday cards for this year by Nov 30th so I've planty of time to send them and postal people deliver them before Christmas.

So I've 25 days to finish all...

I'll try to share all the 25 days of creations with you.

As I'm waiting for my big package full of holiday goodies from Claudia & Company, I used some non-holiday paper for this card.

I used Echo Park~ Dots and Stripes papers...love this collection.

Tiny snowflake stamp is from Inkadinkado. The sentiment is from Paper Smooches.

I love my holiday cards lil' sparkly...so added some Jade Ice pearls from Pizzazz Aplenty and lots of Martha Stewart fine glitter. Love this Spellbinder snowflake die...you'll see it a lot on my holiday cards.

Hello Crafty Friends!!
I'm back with a quick post....
I was in the craft room for a while and got chance to play along with few of my favorite challenges,
its a shame I didn't get to play the Moxie Fab Tigger target or Cards Blog challenges for a longwhile.....I'm glad I did it today!
A very simple card.....love how it turned out.

The stamps are from Ppaertrey Ink. I just added a woodgrain butterfly , a prima flower and few lovely mini rhinestones( from Pizzazz Aplenty). I cut the butterfly using PTI butterfly die & Basic GRey~ life of the party paper.

Hello Everyone!!
Its a super exciting day!!! I'm playing along with the uber talented Karen Baker for her new blog feature CARBON COPIED. I loooooooove Karen's work and I'm feeling very honored right now :)

Here is how its works...we both use the same stamp set, same challenge, same post date and same post time. We picked PTI~ In Bloom stamp set and FTL#155 with a bit of ColourQ challenge today.

The ColourQ comobo we picked is.... CQC#89.

Here is my take on this challenge...

Love this sentiment...I used the blooms to create a background. Just added a few Martha Stewart butterfly punch outs ,rhinestone and pearls to embellish the card.

Encrusted Jewel!!

Hello Everyone!!
YAY!!!! Its Friday!! Always makes me happy...weekend, lots of family time, late mornings and lots of Fun!
Today I've a no-stamping project to share with you. I tried a new fabulous technique for this card and I'm very happy how it turned out... now you tell me if you like it.

Gorgeous My Mind's Eye~ Lost & Found 2- Breeze paper collection and fabulous Stampendous Fran•táge Class A' Peel stickers are the perfect match. When I saw the crown patterned paper I knew I had use it with the crown stickers.

Now the technique part....

I tried Fran Seiford’s Encrusted Jewel Technique ...love it!!!
Applied some versamark ink on the bottom left corner and then sprinkled a mix of embossing powders, glitter and Mica Fragments on it. Heat embossed it.
Up close it looks wonderful..adds a great texture and interest to the project!

I'm playing along with all PTI fans.....its August Papertrey Ink Bloghop Time!!

Its been a while .. the first time after I moved to India.

Here is this month's inspiration photo...

.....and here is my take on it.

I used Botanical Silhouettes ,Woodgrain and Background Basics-Botanicals stamp sets.

Does the tag shape look familiar to you all????

Its Mat Stack #3 ...only I recut the edge halfway using Mat Stack #2.

The rounded corner and rounded edge of the tag makes the card a perfect fit for PPA108 challenge.

This card is also for Paper Pretties (make your own background challenge) and Paper Take Weekly ( Dies To Die For challenge).

Hello Crafty Friends!!!
I'm trying to get back on schedule....100% crafty time!!
Here is a CAS thank you card I would like to share with you all..

I love dry embossing on Core'dinations cardstock and then sanding it to make the details pop...

I used Sizzix embossing folder for this card.

Last weekend I got a lovely package from Claudia and Co. ....full of new My Mind's Eye goodies....love the Lost & found 2 6x6 pads...Awesome!!

Just made a quick card...with almost no stamping, only stamping I did is the word" friend" from Stampendous stamp set.

Embellished the card with gorgeous May Arts Silk ribbon (love it ), few stick pins and a charm !

The stick pins are from Pizzazz Aplenty.... they're white ones I just colored it with Copics to match.

Hello Crafty Friends!!!

Hope you all doing fine!! We had a long weekend here and enjoyed with my family. The kids had two birthday parties to attend... and I needed few more birthday cards!!
So made a lil' different style B'day card for this week's SPARKLE CREATIONS RUBBER STAMP challenge...

I found out lot of people think that the SCRS images are great for coloring or only crafters with great colorng skills should use it or these images can't be used for quick cards..

But I would like to say thats not true...I made is card just in 10 minutes ... 100% truth!!!
